test: separate shell-ui and ui containers in integration test pod

Why this is needed:

In order to simplify CI maintenance we should separate shell-ui and ui containers when running ui integration tests.

What should be done:

Run shell-ui as a side-car container aside worker and ui.

For some reason curl http://localhost:{sidecar port} is replying with a "connection refused" status when trying this approach. It needs further investigations to be fixed.
