"scalyr-alert-logs" and "scalyr-metalog"

For the last few weeks, scalyr-alert-logs and scalyr-metalog have been automatically included as a source/ server host on the plaform. We have alerts set up for checking when our device is offline or health is low - these are now being triggered for these 2 sources. I am not sure how to remove these sources from the platform and would like to get rid of the alerts. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

@MeghaGhosh Apologies for the late responses. scalyr-alert-logs and scalyr-metalog are "audit" logs for the alert's trigger evaluations and log volume calculations, so they can't be removed or suppressed.

What are the alerts that accidentally trigger because of those audit logs? We can take a look if you could share the alert links with us.
