Indexing is needed every single time

When Omnisearch works, it works very nicely but the problem on my Android is that anytime I try to look for something, it needs to re-index. Every single time. It really defeats the purpose.

Whay does this happen and is there a way to just reindex, instead of indexing every single time?

Obviously I had a typo in my message. I wanted to ask why there is no way to just somehow refresh or update the index, instead of starting from scratch every time because this really makes Ominsearch useless in Android.
