Description
When attempting to access Edit>Channel Locations for a loaded dataset, a window pops up:

#### Steps to Reproduce
- Import EEG dataset using BIOSIG from EDF/EDF+, etc.
- Select channels from EMOTIV dataset - selecting only channels 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 (out of 54 total) using Edit>Select data
- Confirm correct channels selected using Plot>Scroll data
- Edit>Channel locations to configure for EPOCX headset - after clicking Channel locations from Edit menu, the error box pops up
#### Expected behavior:
Instead of error box, I expected another box to pop up to allow me to upload a .ced file and verify channel locations by plotting 2-D and 3-D plots
#### Actual behavior:
Error box, unable to configure channel locations
