Issues starting sciview with Fiji

Hi guys,

I'm very interested in sciview's functionalities for my PhD and I'm a complete beginner with imageJ / Fiji. Unfortunately, I can't launch sciview once it's installed with sciview-buttercup. No matter what I try, I get this error:

I've seen that it may comes from using Java 8 instead of Java 11 but I don't how to switch to Java 11 on my Windows 11 machine.
Do you think you can help me? I can't find any alternatives to sciview for what I'd like to do.
