Release notes:

It appears things are working, but I'm still thinking of this as beta-ish.

Breaking changes

• The is_feasible function has been renamed in_feasible_state.
• The is_optimal function has been renamed in_optimal_state.
• For standard LPs, if the matrix [A b] is rank deficient, then redundant constraints are automatically removed.

Other changes

• New is_infeasible function tests of an LP's feasible region is empty.
• New is_unbounded function tests if an LP is unbounded (below).
