[Enhancement] GoogleTV compatibility  #454

Description

What problem is solved by the new feature
copying files between desktop/laptop/mobile and googletv/androidtv devices

Describe the feature
I know it isn't a direct PairDrop feature - because this it self is kind of "web based service" not an app, but because most GoogleTV/AndroidTV browsers look kinda sketchy and bloated it would be great if there were some way to run PairDrop on my GoogleTV tv set and/or on Chromecast with GoogleTV. that would enable sending media or apk files into GoogleTV device's internal memory - as it is sometimes required/needed.

I'm not a programmer, but I guess that existing "browsers" just use system libraries for displaying web-content, so for my layman's brain seems like the GoogleTV PairDrop "access app" would be fairly simple - with just one option for configuring the PairDrop server url (helpful for self-hosting) and optional permanent paoring mode. but I'm probably so wrong on that, so please correct me.

also - it's rather a task for some android-programmer than for PairDrop maintainers but I hope that maybe someone fitting for that role would read this and give it a thought ;)

Additional context
looks like there is already a similar solution called LocalSend, but it needs a proprietary apps to be installed on all devices, instead of self-hosted service.
