Yes, it shuts down my AR-based project powered by the same external file few days ago :-(

I was using Instascan for scanning a QR code to visualise IoT sensor data: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/QIKqTWMAnfU

Your file works to load, but I am not getting the same behaviour as before. I was getting before normal Instascan view of my camera on the screen, now I have just blackscreen.

Update:
So finally I solved it in my HTML5 webapp by calling it from other source instead to load it properly:
https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/schmich/instascan-builds@master/instascan.min.js

When I used your link, I was getting this error in console:
Uncaught ReferenceError: Instascan is not defined at HTMLDocument.<anonymous>

I would say it was loaded in bad format, like bad MIME type, text only received or something. Don't think it was CORS headers, as it looks like it was loaded.
