Electrostatic Potential Surface Incorrectly Extending Beyond Defined Region

Describe the bug

When loading a APBS DX file with clear boundaries and drawing the ESP surface, Pymol extends/colors region beyond defined grid region.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load APBS DX grid
2. Map and Draw Surface -->
   ramp_new Spectrum_DX, MyDXGrid, [-0.5,-0.25,0,0.25,0.5], [red,orange,yellow,green,blue]
   set surface_color, Spectrum_DX, MySurfaceObjectName

Expected behavior

Electrostatics defined by MyDXGrid mapped only to corresponding portion of MySurfaceObjectName

Older version (e.g., Pymol 2.1 handle this issue correctly)
