Should VirtualArrays allow JAX as nplike?

          Why this restriction? We do allow NumPy → JAX, so we should allow Virtual[Numpy

→ JAX, no?

If awkward eventually keeps the jax backend yes. I originally didn't allow it to reduce the workload cause I had in mind that jax was gonna be dropped.
