Allow user to disable use of cached result

Same model should yield same result, but I think caching can be restrictive if a non-deterministic code is being executed and user might want to disable it. This can happen if toys/bootstrap replicas are being sampled from a distribution, as being implemented in #535 for bootstrap model uncertainties. I think the user should be able to specify if they want cache to be used or not.
