Broken links in documentation

Describe the bug
Links to and inside documentation pages are broken

To Reproduce
Clicking on e.g. the link to the schema objects documentation in https://coffea-hep.readthedocs.io/en/latest/notebooks/nanoevents.html gives a 404 error.

Expected behavior
The link points to https://coffeateam.github.io/coffea/modules/coffea.nanoevents.html#classes, when it should point to https://coffea-hep.readthedocs.io/en/latest/modules/coffea.nanoevents.html#classes.

I assume all links to coffeateam.github.io/coffea should be replaced by coffea-hep.readthedocs.io/en/latest. I have found such links in the Contributors guidelines, the README, and some of the binder notebooks.

Also related -- seems source links are broken. E.G. https://coffea-hep.readthedocs.io/en/latest/api/coffea.analysis_tools.Cutflow.html#cutflow -- clicking on [source] links to https://github.com/scikit-hep/coffea/blob/8beb51196f885e2491cc87586eb3471bc446949c//home/docs/checkouts/readthedocs.org/user_builds/coffea-hep/envs/latest/lib/python3.12/site-packages/coffea/analysis_tools.py#L891

but should point to

coffea/src/coffea/analysis_tools.py

The links pointing the old docs should be fixed by: #1268

We can keep this open for Giordon's extra catch which is links pointing to incorrect code files.
