Does UHI support 0 dimensional histograms, i.e. Counters, and plotting them?

Mainly concerning the plotting protocol, since I can display a 0D-Histogram as

without a x axis. This would e.g. correspond to plotting the sum of a 1D hist h[0:len:project] or h[0:len:sum]. The axes would just be an empty array.

It's not explicit, but I think we should probably include it and make it explicitly supported.
