ISMRM2015 scoring script

Can we create a script in scilpy for to score the ISMRM2015 dataset instead of this bash script: https://tractometer.org/ismrm2015/tools/

The bash script just uses scilpy scripts and it is now broken because of renamed files, and for a non-scilpy informed user, this makes it unusable. By integrating it into scilpy we could add tests to make sure we keep this scoring script up to date the files are renamed again. Also, I could just call the function directly from Python with the right inputs instead of calling a bash script.

Shouldn't be too complicated, I could do it later.

We thought about it but we needed to add some options, and there was already a lot going on. But I agree it would be nice. We can sit together and check that if you want.

This may be a good use case for a nf pipeline. It would fix the scilpy version and ease the use of the multiple scilpy scripts
