[EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION] Julia 1.8.5 incompatibility with SCIP v0.11.12

Hello,

On Windows 11 Pro, with Julia 1.8,5 I get the following error when I run a solve() for SCIP v0.11.12:

However, if I pin SCIP@0.11.10, then it works fine.

that's very surprising, we didn't modify anything between 10 and 12 that would change this.
Did you check that SCIP was properly installed in both cases? It still needs to be installed manually on windows.
