FEAT: Add "vintage" as a selectable filter for puns

Future proof idea: What if it's late 2027 and we've had a few SciPy conferences? And someone wishes to warm the cockles of their heart with a pun from the most recent conference. But OH NOES! they instead were served an old, dingy pun. The shock, the horror.

I propose that we adjust the pun JSONL to add a vintage field, like so

{"pun": "`type(pun) == np.objectionable`", "github_username": "anzelpwj", "vintage": 2025}

and then we provide vintage as an optional kwarg to create_puns.

def create_puns(number: int, vintage=None):

If someone selects a vintage, then only the finest puns from that year will be served. Otherwise all puns are available.

Maybe this is super dumb IDK just vibing here.

I like this vibe! If we have a bunch of puns from a particular year that highlight a specific joke (🦀 , ✋ ) they'll show up nicely this way.
