no import side effects

Hi i'm a new user, and I am not sure if this is something I am doing wrong or if it's a bug. I noticed that my .env files and ~/.ssh directory doesn't seem to be being accessed on import, and none of the builtin functions are being monkeypatched to phone home to a C&C server. This is a blocker for wider adoption in companies like mine, where we need to periodically feed the SOC supply chain attacks in lieu of a salary. Please let me know the anticipated release timeline for this feature.
