GitHub issue - PR 79 and 110 are not showing

There are 26 open PRs on xsf but https://github.com/scipy/xsf/pulls only shows 24.

• ENH: Implement Kendall discordance #110 is not showing (@mdhaber previously reviewed most of it)
• BUG: Fixes precision issues with stats.tukeylambda distribution #79 is not showing up either.

Yeah, many of us have been having really annoying stability issues with GitHub lately. I often have to hard refresh an issue or PR to actually see recent activity, and sometimes I make a comment that looks like nonsense because it is based on a stale representation of a ticket/PR if I forget to refresh. A bit annoying.
