missing `oblate_segv` tables

There are tables for prolate_segv, but not for oblate_segv 🤷🏻‍♂️.

(I care because I use xsref for testing https://github.com/jorenham/xsf-rust)

That's a good question. Thanks for pointing it out @jorenham. The tables were generated by a partially automated process based on tracing test cases from the scipy.special test suite. There is currently a lone test case for obl_cv, the SciPy function which uses oblate_segv in its scalar kernel. I'm not sure why it didn't get picked up. I can investigate. I'm hoping to add more thorough tables for this and other functions in the future as well, I just need to find bandwidth for it.
