C version of the library doesn't work? #16

At least it doesn't seem to - when used as a server. Haven't tested as a client, would be nice if someone could let me know.
The initial message doesn't decrypt correctly. I've already ruled out a counter-related issue, but found out that, after some basic fixing, the C++ lib does work correctly, so I didn't take the time to check further, because I didn't have it available.
Maybe @WallyCZ or @UncleAnti have a lead?
Anyway - in the meantime, I'll leave the issue open so that it's known and link it in the readme file.
I'd advise using the now fixed C++ version if you need some portable implementation of NinebotCrypto.
