Input:
NA_det – numerical aperature of the detection objective
wvl_em – wavelength of the emission light
NA_ext - numerical aperature of the excitation pattern
wvl_ext – wavelength of the excitation light
nimm – refractive index of the immersion media
norders – number of orders
ny_data – number of y pixels in the data
nx_data – number of x pixels in the data
nz_data – number of z pixels in the data
dk_data – 3 x 1 vector of the fourier-space (y,x,z) voxel dimensions of the OTF
islattice – boolean flag to indicate if the data is acquired via lattice light sheet (1 if yes, 0 if no)

Output:
mask - a boolean mask with a cylinder shaped region at the center
