Automatic deployment to PyPi with Travis CI

How about we publish the python module to PyPi through Travis CI when we push version tags?

I don't know about ongoing things of pypi module but when I tried to install through pip and using it, it gives error. I want to work on pypi module to setup so please provide me necessary details @agentmilindu @rehrumesh
