Pulse audio is suspended inside docker

Describe the bug
On Kubuntu 24.04 on an Asus Zenbook the pulse audio output is silent and reported as "suspended=yes" from inside the docker-wine but is OK on the host desktop. In winecfg all the host devices are visible in the Audio tab however the "Test Sound" button is silent no matter what output device is selected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. ./docker-wine
2. pacat -vv /dev/urandom

Expected behavior

This issue is actually weird. It seems socket file touched with sudo pulseaudio --start became to usable state & this socket is usable only once. Second connection to this socket is invalid.

I'm actually not sure where problem is:

• in docker-wine project;
• in docker;
• or in pulseauido itself,

but I think we need to look at file socket ownership as at possible problem source.

I hope this tiny «hack» is helpful! I'll mention «normal» solution If I find it or will be near of. But now, good luck and have nice day!
