[BUG] Refreshing the Page Clears all of the Tabs

Describe the bug

Refreshing the page clears all of the tabs.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the main page
2. Open a few tabs of any type
3. Refresh the page

Expected behavior
While logged in refreshing the page should save all of the tabs.

What actually happened
Tabs are cleared when the page is refreshed.
