[BUG] Cron Scheduling does not Execute for specific dates

Describe the bug
Scheduling a workflow using cron expressions does not seem to work with more complex expressions.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Schedule workflow
2. Click on Schedule
3. Set the workflow to any workflow
4. Tested cron expression that produced the bug to 0-2 15 25 9 *, 30-2 15 25 9 * 30/30 16 25 9 * (Related to [BUG] Cron Scheduling does not accept / #10)
   (Make sure to adjust it to the your current date and time)

Expected behavior
The workflow starts on time and follows expression rules.

What actually happened
The workflow never started or appeared in the scans menu.

Additional context
Expressions that are not constrained to a date (with the exception of using a / related to #10 ) will execute normally such as
* * * * * or 5 * * * *

Upon closer inspection, I have noticed that cron expressions that have a / do not seem to give the check mark notification on the top right like 30/35 16 25 9 * or 0/5 * * * *, the expressions that contain a / also do not appear in the Scheduled scans tab.

This issue still seems to be present in the current build, however it does execute, but not on the specified date/time.

For example I have used a cron expression of 50/5 12 27 9 * (At every 5th minute from 50 through 59 past hour 12 on day-of-month 27 in September.) and the application did 3 scans with the following date/time:

• 9/27/2023, 11:30:04 AM
• 9/27/2023, 11:35:09 AM
• 9/27/2023, 11:45:06 AM
