In the documentation (and perhaps some input files?) the citation links for retrofit rates are broken. For example,
Retrofits – defined as the technology units up for replacement before the end of their useful lifetime; it is a fraction of the total existing technology units, determined based on available literature on typical residential and commercial building equipment retrofit rates.
