Description
설정에 따라 scouter 를 on/off 하고 싶습니다만
scouterx.init()이 정의되어 있다보니 패키만 import되어도 스카우터가 agent가 init 되어버립니다.
agent_test.go를 보았습니다만
결과적으로 Init()함수가 두번호출됩니다.
