<p>This is a draft of directory for enabling more direct contacts with scouts and guides across Europe. This is an initiative of the WOSM and WAGGGS European region ICT network.</p>

<p>This is a work in progress, to be presented at the regional conferences in Norway during summer 2016.</p>
