Command to deploy and schedule in one command

Or perhaps optionally, schedule the "local" code rather than the code that's currently deployed to the cloud.

Right now if deploy takes a while, when you come back to schedule the spider someone else might have deployed a different branch in the meantime. It would be nice if this could be rolled into one atomic command.

It would also help ergonomics when doing "change code, deploy, run" iterations.

Most developers use command-line shell features to chain the two commands:

shub deploy && shub schedule spider_name
