Scratch 3.29.1 On Windows 11 23H2, the stage area background color is not white. #444
Description
Expected Behavior
I would like the stage area's background color be white.
Actual Behavior
It's green.
Steps to Reproduce
When I open the Scratch program, it shows like the screenshot every time.

Since 3.15.0 to 3.29.1, it's all abnormal. But version 3.12 looks good on my PC.
