Warning is prioritized over failure in event status on the UI

What happened:

When an event contains both builds with a failure status and builds with a warning status, the event status shown on the UI is set to warning.

What you expected to happen:

In the build status, even if the warning meta is set, if the build fails, the failure status takes priority, so I think the event status should also prioritize failure.
