README obsolete

the README page in this repo needs updating. it refers to https://github.com/scrtlabs/api-registry but in visiting that there's a reference to a newer location: https://docs.scrt.network/secret-network-documentation/development/resources-api-contract-addresses/connecting-to-the-network

additionally, the README refers to needing an "LCD" endpoint but never defines what that is and in visiting the latter link it makes zero reference to LCD endpoints. instead it provides RCP urls (if those are the same). this needs clarification

Thanks for reporting this issue! You can search for "LCD" on the docs.scrt.network link and find relevant endpoints, so I'm not sure what to do here. Either way I would love to get a PR from you regarding this issue.

I know what LCD is. the point is that a first-time reader wouldn't so the documentation should clarify this
