Strain on Reality Other World bug #28

Hi. Meant to report this a couple weeks back when I finished this scenario. (Which was great BTW. My fav out if all fan ones I've played. Really curious to try again for different outcomes.)
So small issue, but when playing with the core and first two expansions (Suppressed Memories and Reoccurring Nightmares), had an issue where text I was getting was related to an otherworld encounter I had already completed. Had an investigator get banished to the generator/furnace room. They escaped it, and were later in the game sent to a different other world area in the woods where there was multiple dead cultists to search. Odd thing was I was still getting references to the furnace room still having issues, even though it was gone from the board?
Anyways, just thought I'd let you know. The other area still worked ok, and was able to get out of that one too eventually. Otherwise not too many problems. I did seem to have some issues getting the app to save my progress sometimes, but not sure that's the scenarios fault. (Had to start over once because it wouldn't save to the slot I was picking, but not too big a deal since I wasn't far along yet.)
