In sct_run_batch add `exclude.yml` file possibility

In this repo, we have an `exclude.yml` file which stores the subjects to exclude for this study. However, for now, only subject lists can be passed as input. The objective would be to edit the code to add the possibility of passing a `.yml` as input.
