Shape analysis requires further processing #3
Description
Currently, shape analysis outputs a csv file per patient, with shape info for each slice.
To be able to make sense of this data, a suggestion would be to normalize it to the PAM50 cord shape, which would then facilitate the assessment of "outlier" corresponding to the severity of the compression.
A possible approach would be to normalize by the mean for each metric (e.g., mean CSA of patient normalized to mean CSA of PAM50, for the corresponding S-I coverage).
