Include an option in Settings to enable the noindex meta tag and/or HTTP Header

Since the site is somewhat designed to be published on the open internet (at least when properly secured behind a reverse proxy), it'd be great if there were an option like the CSRF checkbox to enable noindex on the site so that search engine crawlers don't index the site.
