Ability to reject after approval

Wondering if its possible to add the functionality to reject a show / movie after its been approved. Had it a number of times where one of my users has requested something obscure / old (normally old kids tv shows), and only when I've checked on it in the respective apps have I found that it doesn't exist or I'm unlikely to get it.

Would be nice if when I find that, I can reject the request possibly with a nice statement saying it's not available.
