Add Option to "Subscribe" to TV Shows and movies and get notification on new episode

Hello,

I would love to see an option in Overseerr that allows all users to subscribe to movies and TV shows. When subscribed, users should receive notifications when a movie is added or when new episodes of a subscribed TV show become available.

This feature would improve user engagement and keep everyone updated on new content automatically. It would be great if notifications could be sent via the existing notification channels (Discord, email, etc.).

I believe this would be a valuable addition, and I’d be happy to donate to support the development of this feature. Please let me know if that’s possible!
