Gaussian library is inaccurate #224
Description
After doing some testing and comparing the results to external programs like matlab, I came to the conclusion that the gaussian library used is not very accurate. I especially experienced inaccuracies with the ppf function. In my tests, my end results were wrong by 3% and change, I had much more success with a library like abbajs.
