Clarify relationships to existing packages

Please clarify how **anndataR** relates to existing tools, including the CRAN **anndata** package and Bioconductor **zellkonverter** package. What, if anything, is happening to those packages (e.g. are they being deprecated)? This should give new users clear guidance on which package to use in which scenarios.
