Move conversion functions to `{zellkonverter}`?

Should we move the conversion functions to {zellkonverter}?

Pros:

• Better separation of concerns
• Remove duplication

Cons:

• Effort to move/combine functions
• Possible breaking changes
• Possibly more complex maintenance
