Hi, could you add support for transforming between the AnnData object processed by SnapATAC2 and the Seurat object with an assay of Signac object that can be processed by Signac? Thank you!

Hi! Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not very familiar with tools for scATAC data, could you please provide some more information:

• We should support converting any AnnData to Seurat. Have you tried doing this? Do you get an error or is there something that doesn't work?
• Do you want to convert to Seurat or is there another object you need?
• Can you share a small example dataset of what you want to convert?
