Have an configuration to enable HTTP request compression

We need to have a configuration option to enable request compression, make it disabled by default.
Make it so that you could in the future pick any supported compression, for now we need to support only gzip.

Backing up this issue for Java, following what @mykaul wrote elsewhere:

I'd add that the client should have options NOT to compress:

• Too small request - not worth it.
• If the query is in the local AZ - not worth it.

Also, there is a sub-issue here regarding golang, but compression support is needed first in the Java driver.
