[GCP] N2D Instance Family support

We need to add support for N2D instance family (starting with n2d-highmem). This is to help ShareChat move from Field Cloud into Scylla Cloud by starting with two new clusters that require n2d-highmem-4 and n2d-highmem-8 instances.

While the code recognizes the N2D instance as supported, and the IO properties should match (they are per the no. of disks - https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/disks/local-ssd#local-ssd-perf-nvme ), we may want to test it in CI.

If it means to add it to the artifacts tests where we test installation of the image on all n2d types, this is the wrong repository for this issue.

this is beyond my knowledge. @mykaul please advise - customer wants to launch their new clusters in Scylla Cloud using n2d ASAP.
