Display if SM has cluster credentials in repair progress

Cluster credentials are optional for repair. However, they are necessary for ensuring that base table is repaired before its views and this is important for repair stability.

The lack of credentials is already logged in SM logs, but it would be more transparent if this information was also displayed in repair progress.
