I/O configuration is not set properly which does not utilize the disk.

• queus are getting longer, load is balanced disk load below their expected throughput.

We are working on making ioscheduler / io-tunning more correct (e.g. there are cases in which we know we are too optimistic - mixed workloads as an example).

Once those changes are merged then we can add metrics - right now running io-tune will not result in anything better.
