No data after restoring from an archive

I restored the monitoring set [1] to a local directory /home/avi/bugs/22637, after two untars it ended up in /home/avi/bugs/22637/monitor-set-a232c744/perf-regression-predefined-steps-ub-monitor-node-a232c744-1/20250121T150359Z-7c7ea293730e48a5.

Started scylla-monitoring --archive /home/avi/bugs/22637/monitor-set-a232c744/perf-regression-predefined-steps-ub-monitor-node-a232c744-1/20250121T150359Z-7c7ea293730e48a5

Grafana shows "plugin errors" and no data.
