Return arm and arm64 builds for scylla datasource plugin

Describe the feature and the current behavior/state.
It looks like this commit removed all scylla plugin builds apart from amd64. We need arm builds for our usecase.

Who will benefit with this feature?
Everyone who uses arm arch.
