Ensure SG dropdown (Service Level Group) in Detailed dashboard selects by default options as: SL:Default, Streaming, Memtable and Commitlogs only

Issue Description
Currently our detailed dashboard shows by default ALL the latencies provided by the SG options, highly increasing the number of section at the bottom of the dashboard and therefore the number of panels which can become overwhelming.
This also points our customer to look into things that are not very relevant to any important latency issue under investigation.

Nearly all of the time, the SG dropdown needs to be filtered out by SL:*, Streaming, Memtable and Commitlogs options only.

In order to avoid this, please help us to reduce the clatter by selecting the fe option above by default.

The example is misleading; in the description, they've asked for sl:* groups.
I'm not sure I can get Grafana to support this. I have an option to show only those groups, but I'm not sure I can have a way of having the rest of the group included but not selected.
