• OpenShift M4: Published into certified-operators #2347

Acceptance criteria for M4

• The release processes for dependencies/operands ensure that every version (including patch) is uploaded as a certified image.
• The upstream applications necessary as dependencies/operands are repackaged and certified as necessary. A procedure exists for repackaging future versions similarly.
• The release process includes the steps that publish Operator into the certified-operators registry.
• A successful release of the above has completed, leading to a certified operator being available.
